Our tool is suitable for the manufacture of multiple galenics ranging from liquid to pasty (creams, balms, milks, gels, serums, foamers, oils, waters, lotions).
After having developed a formula in the laboratory and before manufacturing it in large quantities, it is essential to go through an industrial pilot phase during which we will produce a batch of a quantity between that of the research (between 100 and 500 grams) and that of production (several tens or hundreds of kilograms). This test makes it possible to adjust the formula or the manufacturing process if necessary (in terms of dosages, speeds and stirring times in particular).
This industrialization phase will make it possible to verify that the characteristics of the product meet customer expectations (colour, homogeneity, viscosity, etc.) and also to optimize manufacturing costs by precisely measuring the quantities used and obtained.

Our manufacturing tanks are used to manufacture all types of body care products (hand cream, body milk, body cream, exfoliating scrub) and face care (day cream, night cream, cleansing milk, moisturizing mask), hair products (shampoo, conditioner, hair balm), care oils (massage oil, dry oil, face serum) and hygiene and bath products (shower gel, body & hair shower gel, exfoliating shower gel and liquid soap, bubble bath, bath salts).
Our technology offers precise control of the entire manufacturing process: electric heating, cooling by jacket, controlled atmosphere, vacuum manufacturing, triple coaxial stirring system for emulsions (central propeller stirrer, scraper, rotor-stator ), fat phase melter, etc.
After each production, our machines undergo a complete cleaning respecting the strictest standards and they are rigorously maintained as part of regular maintenance.
